The
Family YMCA at Tarrytown is dedicated to serving
a diverse community and building spirit, mind, and
body through a unique combination of child care,
fitness, cultural and adult male residential programs.
The
Mission of the YMCA of the USA, our national organization,
is to put Christian principles into practice through
programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body
for all.
The
Family YMCA at Tarrytown helps hundreds of our neighbors
through its efforts and programs. We provide childcare,
afterschool programs, recreational and educational
programs for disabled young adults, an aquatic program
for disabled adults, and a home for forty-eight
men. No deserving child or adult is turned
away. We provide financial assistance to those that
need it and this past year four hundred of our members
received some form of aid.

Tours
are available, on a walk-in basis ,
at most times during the day or evening.
Hours
of Operation at the YMCA are 5:30 a.m.
to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 6:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Guests
of YMCA members are welcome and encouraged. Guests
are allowed three (3) visits within one calendar
year.
