Where
is the Council of Agencies located?
The Council has no offices. It is sponsored by the Rotary
Club of the Tarrytowns, which meets at 12:15 on Wednesdays
at the Tarrytown Hilton.
Who
are the members of the Council of Agencies?
All non-profit organizations and local government agencies
located in Irvington, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown are members
of the Council.
What
are the benefits of membership in the Council?
Council members are listed on the Council's web site, www.councilofagencies.org.
The web sites of members are linked at this site. Members
of the council which do not have their own sites may post
information on the services they offer. To update the information
on your organization, contact info@councilofagencies.org.
In addtion, members may obtain a password to add events
on the calendar, post volunteer and youth employment opportunities,
list the need for emergency assistance, and discuss issues
on the community bulletin board.

anyone be part of the youth employment exchange?
Youth located in Irvington, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown
may post their availability. Members of the Council of Agencies
can obtain a password to post opportunities by contacting

How
do I know what's going on in the community?
We hope that the calendar on this site will have all events
occurring in Irvington, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. The
community bulletin board is available to Council members
to post information, raise issues of importance, and engage
in discussion of solutions. Another way to engage in social
issues is to join a Community Collaboration Group. Contact
